5.8 Magnitude Quake Hits Southern California, Lauren Conrad Reported to be OK

A 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck Southern California today at about 2:45 eastern time.  Reports are that the epicenter is roughly 28 miles ESE of Downtown Los Angeles in San Bernardino County.  No immediate damage occured, but nearby residents claim they saw buildings shake and sway all various parts of the city.  The quake was felt from Los Angeles to San Diego, and even some residents in Las Vegas felt rumbling.
