As predicted, Get Smart was the number one movie this weekend, raking in over $39 million in its opening weekend, according to Box Office Mojo. But the real story is that Mike Myers’ The Love Guru didn’t even crack the top three spots in its’ opening weekend, making Steve Carrell the clear comedy winner. “Guru” finished fourth and grossed only $14 million on its first weekend. Dreamworks’ Kung Fu Panda finished second, grossing over $21 million in its second weekend and has made over $155 million overall.
